Neil Soberman – CEO
Neil Soberman leads the FaceSeal leadership team. A seasoned businessman with more than 20 years of business management and corporate finance experience, he is responsible for the strategic leadership, international growth and executive management of FaceSeal Technologies Inc.

 

Joseph Vital – President
An entrepreneur and Canadian pioneer in the use of laser technologies in manufacturing, Joseph Vital successfully co-owned and managed a leading manufacturing company.  Mr. Vital developed a management team and an organizational structure that enabled the company to grow successfully from twelve to over three hundred employees, diversified the customer base - with international sales in the US, South America, Asia, and the Middle East eventually accounting for over 40% of total revenues, and developed strong relationships with many blue chip customers. Mr. Vital has also served as a management advisor to manufacturing, high-tech, and bio-tech companies and co-founded Cindus Advisors, a consultancy specializing in developing strategic partnerships between North American and Indian companies.

 

Alan Perry – Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Alan Perry brings his insight and experience in sales, manufacturing and distribution to the FaceSeal team.  Founder of Safecross First Aid Ltd., a leading wholesaler/manufacturer of first aid supplies in Canada, Mr. Perry has been responsible for launching new products and concepts into the market with a major focus on infrastructure, sales and international distribution.

 

Peter Vadas MD, PhD, FRCPC, FACP – VP, Medical Resources
Dr. Vadas is Chief, Division of Allergy and Clinical Immunology and a Senior Scientist at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto, and associate professor of medicine, University of Toronto.  He is the Founding President of Anaphylaxis Canada, past chair, Anaphylaxis Committee of American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and past head, Section of Anaphylaxis, Canadian Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology and immediate past Chair of the Section of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, Ontario Medical Association.  He has published over 100 peer–reviewed papers in top–ranked journals that include Nature, Journal of the American Medical Association and New England Journal of Medicine.

 

Gabor Lantos, P.Eng., MBA, MD – VP, Personal Protective Equipment
Dr. Lantos has advocated for Respiratory Protection ever since his previous industrial/engineering career.  As an occupational health physician, he has been involved with protecting both industry and healthcare workers against airborne toxins, allergens and infectious diseases such as Q–fever and tuberculosis.  He is a consultant to many corporations and public institutions, and to most of Toronto’s major hospitals. Dr. Lantos was instrumental in helping contain the SARS outbreak in Toronto in 2003; following which he made numerous submissions to the SARS Commission advocating for the Precautionary Principle and for better respiratory protection.  Dr. Lantos was an invited speaker at the 2006 Convention of the International Society for Respiratory Protection and at the 2007 International Bird Flu Conference.
